ABOUT:

Gannon University is a private co-ed university with two locations – Erie, Pennsylvania, and Ruskin, Florida. Founded in 1925, Gannon offers a wide range of programs paired with a large number of varsity sports and clubs/organizations. New construction on the Erie, PA campus will be home to I-HACK, the Institute for Health and Cyber Knowledge. H&V Equipment Sales and Gannon University have worked together on many HVAC projects over the years (on both campuses) and are proud to be a leading partner on design and energy efficiency expertise.

Gannon University is always thinking ahead towards cutting edge technologies from world-class manufacturers that will overall save them time and energy. Applied equipment from SMARDT and Guntner are easy to maintain, environmentally friendly, and overall has a lower cost to own.

Applied Equipment:

This project started in 2019 with a timeline for completion in August 2020. This timeline has been extended until the end of 2020 due to the current COVID – 19 Pandemic. The building will be mixed-use classrooms, labs, offices, and a Colocation data center. The building is approximately 100,000 square feet. The data center is approximately 12,000 square feet and will have a capacity of 2000 kW.
